Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Implementasi Pendidikan Inklusif di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
Abstract
The performance of teachers in implementing inclusive education is crucial to ensure that all students, including those with special needs, have equal opportunities to learn and develop. This study aims to assess the performance of teachers in implementing inclusive education at MI Hayya Alal Falah, Trenggalek, East Java, Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, the research collected data through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results show that the teachers have good skills in identifying students' needs, designing and implementing inclusive teaching strategies, and providing adequate support for students with special needs. However, ongoing training and professional development, as well as support from the school and parents, are still necessary. This study offers recommendations to improve teacher performance and the implementation of inclusive education, as well as contributing to the development of inclusive education policies in Indonesia.
